Job summary

Werckpost in Dronten zoekt een operator met meerdere jaren technische ervaring op een productielijn. Je stelt machines af, bewaakt het proces en verhelpt eenvoudige storingen zodat leveringen op tijd plaatsvinden.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, rapporteert aan de teamleider, bereidt materialen voor, houdt de werkomgeving schoon en volgt hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels. Vereisten: MBO-niveau, ervaring als operator, Nederlands of Engels, en bereidheid tot zaterdagwerk.

Qualifications

• MBO werk- en denkniveau vereist.
• Eerdere ervaring als Operator is noodzakelijk.
• Beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Bereidheid tot werken in een 2-ploegendienst en op zaterdagen.
• Stressbestendig en flexibel.
• Goede communicatie en teamspeler zijn gewenst.

Responsibilities

• Machines inregelen en afstellen voor productie en in de ochtend en tijdens productie.
• Benodigde productiematerialen en verpakkingsmaterialen voorbereiden.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en afwijkingen snel oplossen.
• Drijvende aanpassingen maken en teamleider informeren bij serieuze issues.
• Arbeidsgebied schoon houden en hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels naleven.
• Productiepersoneel op de werkvloer waar nodig ondersteunen.

Job description

Do you have strong technical insight and several years of experience in production? Then we are looking for you! As an operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring progress, and solving simple malfunctions on the production line. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth production process so that products can be delivered on time.

Over de vacature

As an operator, you work in a 2-shift system and are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a complete production line. You report directly to the team leader and operationally supervise colleagues on the line. With your technical insight, you monitor the process, make adjustments where necessary, and quickly solve simple malfunctions.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up and adjusting machines in the morning and during production;
• Preparing required production and packaging materials;
• Monitoring the production process on the equipment;
• Identifying and independently solving deviations and malfunctions (for serious issues, you inform the team leader);
• Keeping the production area clean and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations;
• Supporting production staff as needed on the work floor.

Wat wij vragen

• Job requirements: - MBO working and thinking level;
• Previous experience as an Operator is necessary;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English to work effectively in a team and communicate with colleagues;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and also on Saturdays as an extra day or with a replacement day during the week;
• Stress resistant;
• Good adaptability;
• Communicative and a real team player.
