Job summary

Danone Netherlands is seeking an operation project management intern in Zoetermeer to drive AI-driven process improvements within the Medical NLD Ops team. You will analyze current project management tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the development and deployment of AI insights to boost efficiency.

This internship requires enrollment, Dutch residency, English fluency, and availability to start in May for at least six months, with 4–5 days per week, and you must be able to work

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the whole internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; Dutch residency permit for non-EU citizens.
• Ideally available to start in May for a minimum of 6 months, 4–5 days per week.
• Fluent in English - spoken and written.
• Able to work from the Zoetermeer office at least 3 days per week.

In this internship, you will be part of the Medical NLD Ops team, within Operations category. Our purpose is to enhance productivity, efficiency and decision-making through smart automation and data-driven tools. Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyze current project management processes and tools to identify areas where AI can be integrated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prepare relevant data for AI applications.
• Support the development and implementation of AI tools and insights to improve operations.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and training efforts related to AI integration.

About You

As an operation project management intern, it is a must that you have a strong affinity with AI. You have a problem-solving mindset and data analytics ability. On top of that? You're a communicative team worker who's always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in May for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least 3 days per week.
