Job summary

Danone in Hoofddorp invites motivated interns to join the Ops Finance Transformation, Process & Tools team for a 5-month program starting October 2026. You will support finance transformation initiatives, engage in project management activities, and collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams.

Ideal candidates are data-focused students, fluent in English, available 4–5 days per week, and able to work from the Hoofddorp office 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student with a data background for the internship duration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; non-EU citizens need a valid Dutch residency permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular communications with ES DDS team for HR templates: check completeness, accuracy, timing.
• Coordinate with IT and local finance controlling teams on ERP cost-centre updates.
• Collaborate with work package leads and project team to integrate business and technical streams.
• Perform project management: build project plan and oversee execution across zones and CBUs.

Do you love driving finance transformation projects and supporting business decisions through financial analysis? Then join us as our new Ops Finance Transformation, Process & Tools Team Intern in our Hoofddorp office starting October 2026!

In this internship, you will be part of the Ops Finance Transformation, Process & Tools team within our Operations Finance function. Our purpose is to drive finance transformation and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across Danone.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage regular communications with ES DDS team (who is responsible for employee mapping in HR Tools): check the completeness, accuracy and timing of HR templates provided
• Manage regular communications with IT team & local finance controlling team (cost centres update in ERP systems): check the status
• Collaborates with work package leads and project team to ensure seamless integration of business and technical streams.
• Perform project management activities: build project plan and oversee it's execution. Supports project execution across zones and CBUs.

About You

As an Ops Finance Transformation, Process & Tools Intern, supporting finance transformation projects and project management activities will be second nature to you. Additionally, you are an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with an interest in finance, project management, and process improvement.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student with a data background for the entire duration of the internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in October for a minimum of 5 months, 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 1-2 days per week.
