Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Financial Business Partner for Operations to support plant management at Belfeld and Venlo sites. You will translate data into actionable insights, drive cost improvements, and contribute to ERP implementations and process standardization initiatives.

As the key finance advisor, you will monitor KPIs, optimize margins, and challenge investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven experience with SAP is required.
• Available immediately.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work at Belfeld site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial sparring partner for the plant management teams in Belfeld and Venlo.
• Analyze operational KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and costs, recommending improvements.
• Monitor and optimize standard cost prices and profit margins.
• Conduct variance analyses related to volume, product mix, pricing, and efficiency.
• Support and challenge capital expenditure investments and business cases.
• Play an active role in ERP implementations and IT transformation projects.
• Promote process improvements and standardization within operations.
• Participate in group-wide improvement initiatives.
