Job summary

geoFluxus in Rotterdam is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own financial administration, reporting, and contract organization. You will support projects behind the scenes and help present progress to investors, while the role evolves with growth.

This hands-on, highly organized position suits someone comfortable with numbers and administrative work, who can work independently in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.
• Comfort working with financial data, contracts, and administrative processes.
• Ability to manage multiple, varied responsibilities and shifting priorities without losing track of details.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
• At least B2 level of spoken Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing and revenue operations, keeping billing accurate, timely, and well-documented
• Manage contracts - both client-facing and internal - ensuring they're organized, up to date, and easy to track
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making
• Coordinate recurring administrative processes and improve how they are organised
• Support project delivery beyond the content itself: tracking deadlines, following up on deliverables, and keeping project communications and reporting on track
• Prepare investor metrics and reporting materials
• Help organize company initiatives, from team offsites to events
• Take on the wide range of one-off tasks that come with being an early-stage company - mostly administrative and organizational work that doesn't yet have a natural home, but is essential to keeping the company running
