Job summary

Evos is seeking a Procurement and Contract Manager to lead OT procurement activities across our terminals, oversee contracts with suppliers, and collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations and HSSEQ to meet strategic objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement/contract management, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of OT in an industrial setting; English fluency is essential, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement or contract management.
• Technical OT knowledge in an industrial environment.
• Strong procurement principles and regulations knowledge.
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select OT suppliers.
• Build relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage OT contracts.
• Ensure contracts meet legal, regulatory and cyber standards.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments.
• Identify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, and HSSEQ teams.
• Act as the primary contact for OT procurement matters.
