Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking an Operational Purchaser to manage inventory and ensure continuous availability of products across our portfolio. You will monitor stock levels, decide on order quantities, and balance shelf life with sales trends.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring timely information flow and alignment with Finance on invoices and payments. English skills are essential, Dutch is a plus, and the role supports working 32–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier relations.
• Structured and accurate working method, with up-to-date admin records.
• Continuous process improvement within your category or dept.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels daily and determine when and how much to order.
• Respect product shelf life and sales fluctuations in orders.
• Track stock levels and expiry dates to prevent stockouts.
• Communicate with Purchase Managers, Stock Control, Logistics and Sales; coordinate with Finance on invoices.
