Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to lead end-to-end improvement initiatives across production, logistics, procurement, service, and IT. You will diagnose root causes, design scalable workflows, and embed efficient processes into daily operations with a strong emphasis on practical Lean methods.
You will partner with multiple teams to drive change, measure KPI improvements, and ensure smooth handoffs between functions.

As our Process Improvement Project Manager, you lead, execute, and deliver continuous improvement projects across our operational footprint. You work side-by-side with colleagues in Production, Logistics, Procurement, Service, Sales Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT – diagnosing root causes, designing scalable workflows, and embedding smooth processes into daily routines. You report to the Operational Excellence Manager, playing a vital role in enabling Robin Radar to scale smoothly as our global impact grows.
