Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects across data center operations, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional communication. You will work with stakeholders across offices and time zones to ensure progress and deadlines are met.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program, project management, data center operations or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis.
• Experience with technical integration, system integration, risk mitigation, deployment planning, or data center operations.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Site Technical Lead and partner teams onsite to implement site-specific technical strategies and manage milestones.
• Oversee project schedules and delivery for complex deployments across data center facilities and related operations.
• Support the site in delivering SLOs and proactively identify/resolving delays.
• Orchestrate regular business communications and status updates for site management and stakeholders.
• Develop and uphold a framework for program enhancement using data-driven insights and industry standards.
