Job summary

Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing healthcare in the Netherlands. We are seeking an Online Marketer for Germany to scale customer acquisition and growth in the German market.

You will build, test, and optimize online channels (Google Ads, paid social, affiliate marketing), collaborate cross-functionally to craft compliant, high-converting campaigns, and drive CAC, POAS, and profit in Germany.

Qualifications

• Proven Marketer: Deep expertise in Google Ads and Paid Social, with a track record of scaling performance campaigns against strict commercial goals.
• Analytical & Metric-Driven: Fluent in CAC/CPA, POAS, and conversion metrics—you let data drive your decisions and prioritization.
• German Market Insight: Strong understanding of German consumer behavior, cultural nuance, and local market dynamics (or the ability to master them quickly). Fluent in German.
• Creative Strategist: Instinctive understanding of which hooks, formats, and messages build trust and drive conversions.
• Proactive Owner: High agency, structured experimenter, and hands-on execution mindset from concept to analysis.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with affiliate or partner marketing.

Responsibilities

• Google Ads Management: Build, optimize, and scale search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns tailored to business KPIs.
• Paid Social Execution: Launch, test, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Creative Strategy: Partner with Content and Design to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Affiliate Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners aligned with our brand, medical standards, and revenue targets.
• Channel Expansion: Continuously test new acquisition channels, value propositions, and localized partnerships.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics (CAC/CPA, conversion quality, POAS) to optimize bidding, budgets, and landing pages.
• Reporting & Insights: Turn customer data and market trends into actionable strategic recommendations for the wider business.

About the role & team

As our Online Marketer (Germany), you will join our Marketing team and report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead.

You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with Content, Design, CRM, Data, Medical, and Customer Care to craft high‑converting, compliant campaigns tailored to the German market.

Your initial focus will be setting up and scaling Google Ads, launching Paid Social tests, and building strategic affiliate partnerships. As you establish our German growth playbook, your ultimate goal is simple: drive high-quality acquisition while keeping CAC, POAS, and Profit contribution on track.

What you'll own

Paid Search & Social

• Google Ads Management: Build, optimize, and scale search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns tailored to business KPIs.

What we offer

• Salary range of € 3.800 – €5.200 gross per month, depending on experience
