MarvelTest, a tech-enabled growth consultancy in Amsterdam, seeks an Online Marketer (Medior/Senior) to own the strategic growth for 5–7 premium clients. You will work with in-house AI tools, data, and first‑party datasets to shape online strategies beyond standard campaigns.

You will lead channel management for Paid Social and Paid Search, collaborating with design and data teams to maximize conversions while advising clients at a strategic level.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven, relevant work experience as an Online Marketer or Marketing Consultant, preferably within a digital agency.
• Expertise in Paid Social and Paid Search channels.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• A relevant degree, preferably focused on organization, marketing or business administration.
• Available for 40 hours per week.
• Nice to have knowledge of other marketing channels such as email marketing, SEO/Organic and/or affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated online growth strategies for 5–7 premium clients.
• Manage and optimize paid social and paid search channels for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with Design and Data Teams to improve ads and landing pages.
• Deploy MarvelTest’s tech products and first‑party data to drive profitable strategies.

Who are you?

We're looking for an entrepreneurial professional who is ready to make an immediate impact:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven, relevant work experience as an Online Marketer or Marketing Consultant, preferably within a digital agency.

What you’ll be doing

As an Online Marketer (Medior / Senior) you are the strategic brain for 5 to 7 of our premium clients. Your responsibilities:

• Integrated online growth strategy: you are ultimately responsible for the entire online growth strategy of your client portfolio and steer toward long-term success.
• Channel management & optimization: you manage the paid social and paid search channels and ensure maximum performance.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: you work closely with our Design Team (for the best-converting ads and landing pages) and our Data Team (for in-depth insights to continuously fine-tune the strategy).
• Tech-driven consultancy: you deploy our own, innovative tech products and first-party data to turn data into profitable business strategies.
• Strategic advice & guidance: you advise and guide clients at the highest level and give them in-depth insight into their online business.
