Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands seeks an experienced One Identity Manager Consultant to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions focused on One Identity Manager for diverse clients in the Netherlands. You will translate business challenges into technical requirements and guide teams on IAM best practices.

The role requires strong communication skills, Dutch (preferred) and English fluency, and hands-on experience with One Identity Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Professional experience in IAM and identity governance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance solutions using One Identity Manager.
• Configure and optimize workflows, policies, and RBAC within One Identity Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on One Identity Manager best practices and IAM strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coach colleagues and train teams on One Identity Manager functionalities.
