The role demands hands-on execution in AML compliance, risk identification, and first-line defence activities. You will maintain accurate records, manage client expectations, and help tailor onboarding
Onboarding Officer is responsible for servicing the investors in a fund: collective of investors that pool money to make specific investments and benefit from the inherent advantages of working as a group. As Onboarding Officer you will have a challenging but diversified role within a team of Investor Services specialists. You will be supporting the Investor Services team with the onboarding of new investors, ensuring that all Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements are met before an investor can participate in a fund. Due to the diversified type of fund clients (hedge funds, real estate, fund of funds, private equity, managed accounts and cryptocurrency) and investor profiles, we are looking for someone who is hands‑on and has a can-do mentality.
You will work closely with the Onboarding Team Lead and the different teams to ensure that our growing client base maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory requirements and AML policies and procedures. You will support identifying and assessing the compliance risks faced, as well as assisting in the management and monitoring of these risks. As Onboarding Officer you will operate in the first line of defence.
The minimum offer for this role is 2900 € gross/month/full-time. Your actual salary will reflect your experience, qualifications, and skill set—we believe in fair compensation that recognizes the value you bring.
