Job summary
Harding+ is seeking Chanel Beauty Advisors to join our onboard teams. You will showcase Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests from around the world with personalised service.
You'll live and work on a cruise ship, perform full makeovers, advise on product ranges, and drive sales through demonstrations and events, while maintaining excellent guest relations and stock presentation. Accommodation and meals are provided, plus visas and seafaring documents where required.
Qualifications
- Retail experience with premium beauty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to achieve sales targets
- Public speaking experience with luxury items
- Team player adaptable to high-pressure environments
Responsibilities
- Live and work on a cruise ship worldwide
- Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance
- Perform full makeovers and demonstrate techniques
- Advise guests on Chanel range by skin type and needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets via consultative selling
- Coordinate with Chanel and cruise staff for events
- Stock control and merchandise presentation
- Create memorable onboard retail experiences
- Drive guest traffic through events and seminars
- Develop product knowledge and brand culture
