Job summary

Kramp is seeking an On-Time Delivery Process Manager to own and improve the OTD process across 10 European warehouses. You will drive process improvements, coordinate projects, and ensure changes are embedded in daily operations, with a focus on delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manage data requirements and documentation, and collaborate with ERP projects to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain or continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of OTD drivers in warehousing and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the On-Time Delivery (OTD) process across inbound, outbound, transport and customer satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and embed them into daily operations.
• Manage projects with scope, timelines, risks and governance for successful delivery.

• Define data requirements, oversee data cleansing and migration, ensure data usability for operations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials and change artifacts.
• Ensure strong business involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
• Engage stakeholders across levels to secure buy-in and successful implementation.

We are looking for an On-Time Delivery process Manager who wants to make real, visible impact on delivery performance across our 10 warehouses in Europe. In this role, you go beyond analysis. You are a key driver of change — ensuring that improvements are understood, implemented, and truly embedded in daily operations.

The Role

In this role, you are the owner of the On-Time Delivery (OTD) process. You are responsible for safeguarding and improving delivery reliability by ensuring that orders reach customers on time and according to promise. You translate business needs into effective process improvements and ensure successful implementation across the organisation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Coordinate and track process improvements, analyze performance data to identify and resolve underlying issues, and maintain related policies, procedures, and training materials to enhance quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

In Addition, Your Responsibilities Include

• Process Optimization: Analyze, identify, and implement opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures, driving continuous improvement and innovation using structured methodologies.
• OTD Process Ownership: Own the end-to-end On-Time Delivery (OTD) process across inbound, outbound, transport, and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment, consistency, and adherence to standards across all touchpoints.
• Project Management: Manage projects of varying size and complexity, including scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation to ensure successful delivery.
• Requirements & Solution Management: Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements, ensure solutions meet business needs, identify gaps, and manage risks through governance structures such as Design Boards.
• Data Management: Define data requirements, coordinate data cleansing and migration activities, and validate data usability to support reliable operations and decision-making.
• Documentation & Business Readiness: Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and change management artifacts while supporting business readiness, communication, training, and adoption of new ways of working.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ensure strong business involvement in testing, validate scenarios, and secure timely resolution of defects.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and align stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure business buy-in, collaboration, and successful implementation of improvements.

Your team

As the OTD Process Optimization Lead, you are part of Operations & Distribution team working closely with our Operations and Distribution teams across Europe. Besides you will have a connection with the different projects and programs that run in this domain; i.e. our ERP program called SPRING.

You will report into the Group Operations & Distribution Director.

Who are you?

You are, or recognize yourself in the following requirements for this role:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Business, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 6+ years of working experience in Supply Chain, Continuous improvement or other related roles.
• Strong experience in Warehouse and project management, with understanding of key On-Time Delivery (OTD) drivers.
• An analytical mindset, able to identify root causes and improve delivery performance.
• Strong stakeholder management, driving cross-functional alignment on delivery reliability.
• Experience in project delivery and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Open to travel to Europe.
