Kramp is seeking a Business Analyst (Product Analyst) to optimize supplier-to-warehouse processes in a dynamic international setting. You will transform complex supply chain challenges into concrete, executed improvements by working across IT, product teams and business stakeholders.
With a focus on Slim4, Oracle Procurement modules and EDI, you’ll translate needs into actionable designs and support changes from development to live operations, ensuring measurable value delivery.
Kramp is Europe’s leading supplier of parts, accessories and services for the agricultural sector. We are a digital company with a strong logistical heart: our supply chain is the backbone of everything we do. Through innovative IT solutions and data-driven decision making, we ensure our customers always get what they need – quickly, reliably and efficiently.
You will report to Head of Head of Supply Chain Digital Products and operate in the same domain as the Product Owner Buying & Supply Chain (in the Supplier-to-Warehouse domain), who is responsible for the product vision, roadmap and prioritisation. Your role is to deep-dive into processes, data and systems, and to ensure that solutions are well-designed, correctly implemented and adopted by the business.
Every day, hundreds of suppliers deliver parts that need to be available in our warehouses at the right time and in the right quantities. This role will help make this possible by turning complex supply chain challenges into concrete, implemented improvements.
You focus on the supplier-to-warehouse flow, supported by applications such as Slim4 (demand forecasting and supply chain planning), Oracle Procurement modules and BizTalk (the supplier EDI platform). Examples of upcoming projects include optimizing the cross-functional EDI integration process to rapidly increase the number of connected suppliers, and analysing how Oracle Procurement modules can be further developed to unlock new functionalities and deliver greater business value.
As a Business Analyst (Product Analyst), you work at the intersection of supply chain operations, product and IT. You are involved from the moment a problem is identified until the solution is live and delivering value.
You do not stop at analysis or documentation, you take ownership to ensure solutions actually work in daily operations.
You are an experienced business analyst or supply chain professional with a strong analytical mindset and a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.
Please note that this position requires regular on-site presence at our headquarters in Varsseveld for 1-2 days per week, with the possibility of working from our Utrecht office 1 day per week.
Thanks to our ambitions we are active throughout Europe: a leading position in the agricultural market for parts. We heavily invest in E-Business and innovations. Our aim is to make it easy for our customers to run their business. Working at Kramp means working with over 3500 international colleagues. The people at Kramp are enthusiastic, professional and involved. We speak our customers’ language, understand their challenges and earn their trust to exceed their expectations. Our promise “It’s that easy” is embedded in our culture and DNA.
