Job summary

Lonza Geleen is seeking a QA Compliance Specialist to strengthen the site's QMS and ensure GMP compliance. This fully on-site role involves collaboration across functions to support inspections, supplier management, and continuous improvement in quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience.
• GMP/regulatory quality environment experience is advantageous.
• Strong GMP principles, QMS, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support site's Quality Management System, including documentation, training administration, records, and related activities.
• Review and manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, and quality processes.
• Coordinate supplier qualification activities, supplier complaints, and vendor change notifications with stakeholders.
• Support material setup and supplier lifecycle management within the quality/compliance framework.
• Assist audits and regulatory inspections to maintain readiness.
• Deliver or support GMP/compliance training and awareness efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality systems and compliance processes.
