Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Department Manager to provide excellent customer service and help meet the shopping needs of online grocery customers. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and traffic, supporting Walmart.ca processes directly and through OMNI Associates.

The role involves training and developing OMNI Associates, completing back-office setup, managing daily orders and accuracy, and promoting products and services to customers.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do... Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary; Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report; Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
• Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
• Completes daily picks, where necessary. Completes tasks of post pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day.
• Leads by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assists by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
