Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an offshore supervisory role within subsea rock installation.
• Ability to motivate teams in challenging offshore conditions.
• Willingness to work on projects worldwide, preferably based in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore installation and rock dumping operations.
• Monitor operational progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with survey teams and project stakeholders.
• Prepare operational documents, daily reports, and work plans.
• Lead toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.

Technical or nautical knowledge
