COS B.V. is building the future of Subsea Rock Installation and is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to lead offshore installation projects aboard our DP2 Fallpipe vessels.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and quality, and serve as the main operational contact for clients while reporting progress to the Manager Operations. Offshore rotation is expected.
At CSL OWL SRI B.V. (COS B.V.), we’re building the future of Subsea Rock Installation.
With two state‑of‑the‑art DP2 Fallpipe Vessels currently under construction, we’re creating an organisation built on safety, quality, innovation and operational excellence. Our ambition is clear: deliver world‑class offshore installation projects with a highly skilled team that takes ownership, works collaboratively and continuously strives to improve.
To strengthen our offshore operations, we’re looking for an experienced Offshore Construction Manager.
Are you an offshore leader who thrives in complex operational environments? Do you know how to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain oversight under pressure and ensure safe and efficient project execution? Then we’d love to hear from you.
As Offshore Construction Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of offshore installation projects on board our vessels.
You lead the offshore operation from start to finish, ensuring all disciplines work together efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance. You act as the central point of coordination between the vessel, the onshore organisation and our clients.
Your responsibilities include:
You are an experienced offshore professional with strong leadership skills and a hands‑on mentality. You remain calm under pressure, make well‑founded decisions and know how to motivate multidisciplinary teams to perform at their best.
You combine technical expertise with operational insight and enjoy improving both people and processes.
In addition, you have:
Joining COS means becoming part of a growing offshore organisation from the very beginning. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our way of working, contribute to innovative offshore projects and make a real impact within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
We offer:
COS B.V. is a compact and entrepreneurial organisation within the maritime industry, consisting of approximately 25 office employees and 100 maritime crew members.
At present, the company’s focus is on the construction of two vessels that will be deployed for offshore rock installation activities.
We work closely together with a ship management company, meaning you will operate in an environment with multiple stakeholders and shared responsibilities. This is exactly where you will make the difference, by bringing structure, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality, and ensuring all elements work together effectively.
Our culture is pragmatic, direct, and hands‑on, with short communication lines and plenty of room for initiative. You will move quickly, have direct influence on decision‑making, and immediately see the impact of your work.
