Job summary

Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services Den Helder Offshore is seeking a Foreman Paint to lead coating activities on offshore projects. You will supervise safety, quality and environmental aspects, coordinate painters and set up equipment, and ensure timely access to materials.

The role is hands-on and requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to planning and problem solving. You will work a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, offshore, and report to the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 level of work and thinking.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in this or a similar role.
• Experience in the offshore industry.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a VCA VOL certificate and CIP Level 1, or are willing to obtain these.
• Affinity with coating, blasting, spray painting, and setting up equipment.
• Experience performing inspections.
• Proficient with office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of painters, sprayers, and blasters and ensure access to materials and tools.
• Carry out inspections, testing and trials on completed work.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will workoffshore. This means working 14 days on and then 14 days off. There are varioustasks involved to ensure projects run optimally. As Foreman Paint, you are an operational employee who performs and coordinatesall common tasks. You supervise safety, quality, environmental aspects, andprogress of the work performed under your leadership. You ensure optimaldeployment of painters, sprayers, and blasters. You make sure your colleagueshave access to the right materials and tools. Finally, you carry outinspections, testing, and trials on the completed work.

Inaddition, as Foreman Paint, you are also a hands-on professional who worksalongside the team, contributing to the success and efficiency of projects. Youtake a proactive role in organizing the workspace and timely identify delaysand shortcomings to allow for prompt adjustments. With your leadership and attention to detail, you ensure every project runssmoothly and achieves the desired outcome.

What we are looking for;
