Position Overview

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day office operations, amenities, hospitality, health & safety, and suppliers to ensure a positive experience.

Key Tasks & Responsbilities

In This Role, You Will

• Oversee the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the office to the highest standards of excellence, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming working environment.


• Act as the main point of contact for all office‑related queries.


• Manage the reception team and facility coordinator and be a contributing member of the broader CRH corporate function.


• Coordinate office operations, office consumables/supplies, and other support services.


• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards.


• Manage office procurement.


• Coordinate health and safety requirements including fire safety, emergency procedures, first aid, risk assessments, and compliance.


• Onboarding of new starters, including provision of equipment, access, and building inductions.


• Ambassador for CRH culture and values in the office environment

Experience & Education

You are/have:

• 5-7 years' experience in a similar role (Office Management, Hospitality)
