Job summary

REV'IT! Sport International in Oss, Netherlands, is seeking a Product Developer OEM to connect OEM requirements with our development process, delivering high-quality garments and projects.

You will work with Product Design, Development, Compliance, Supply Chain and Sales to translate customer needs into technical solutions; experience with PLM and garment construction preferred; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in fashion, product development, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in apparel or product development.
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and development processes.
• Experience working within structured development environments.
• The ability to collaborate across teams with different priorities.
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of OEM, SMU, and Special Projects with the OEM Manager and Collection Development Organization.
• Analyze the objective of each project to keep development focused on partner needs.
• Ensure alignment with REV’IT! processes, systems and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the OEM team to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth integration across functions.
• Develop and assess prototypes and production samples with suppliers, monitoring fit and performance.
• Manage product documentation such as BOMs and tech packs.
• Align planning of OEM/SMU/Special Projects with the Collection Development Organization.
• Identify efficiencies between OEM and collection development.
