Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a Good CQC-rated nursing home providing nursing and dementia care for older adults. The role focuses on clinical and operational leadership, maintaining high standards of person-centred care in a welcoming environment surrounded by landscaped grounds.

You will manage governance, staff development and quality assurance, building strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a nursing/dementia care home.
• Strong clinical and operational leadership.
• Ability to maintain CQC compliance and drive quality improvements.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the nursing home.
• Provide strong leadership to nursing, care and support teams.
• Ensure residents receive consistently high-quality, person-centred nursing and dementia care.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and support the home in achieving strong inspection outcomes.
• Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, medication management and risk management.
• Monitor quality through audits, observations, feedback and performance indicators.
• Recruit, coach and develop colleagues, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Work closely with clinical colleagues to maintain excellent standards across the service.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
• Manage operational performance and ensure the home is appropriately staffed and effectively organised.
• Lead continuous improvement and ensure high standards are embedded into everyday practice.
