Job summary

Allseas Group S.A. seeks a Security & Safeguards Coordinator to lead the development, implementation and follow-up of security and safeguards for its nuclear activities.

You will translate regulatory expectations into practical project, design and organisational measures, and liaise with engineering, licensing, safety, IT and external experts. The role requires a technical degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on compliance, traceability and security by design.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical degree (BSc/MSc).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience translating regulations into concrete actions.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across departments and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nuclear security and safeguards approach for Allseas’ nuclear programme.
• Translate legislation and regulatory expectations into project and design requirements.
• Coordinate security-by-design integration (physical protection, access control, cyber interfaces).
• Coordinate security-related design reviews and risk assessments.
• Support safeguards-by-design for fuel handling, storage, material accountancy and data integrity.
• Contribute to licensing, audits, inspections and authority interactions documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces between safety, security and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with authorities such as ANVS, AIVD, NCSC, Euratom and IAEA where applicable.
• Establish processes and verification methods to demonstrate compliance.
