In this multi-disciplinary team, the working area consists the development of new antenna and/or microwave concepts, introduction of new technologies and development of new Radar front-end designs.
In a dynamic environment, the NPI (New Product Introduction) engineer is the interface between development and the supply chain and responsible for guiding a product's transition from the design and prototyping phase to full-scale, volume production. You bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing, ensuring that PCBAs can be made efficiently and effectively in volume. To accomplish this, you are working in a multidisciplinary team with engineering, purchasing and supply chain.
