Job summary

Thales Nederland in Hengelo, Netherlands, is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) engineer to bridge design and manufacturing, ensuring PCBAs can be produced at volume. About the job

In a dynamic environment, the NPI (New Product Introduction) engineer is the interface between development and the supply chain and responsible for guiding a product's transition from the design and prototyping phase to full-scale, volume production. You bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing, ensuring that PCBAs can be made efficiently and effectively in volume. To accomplish this, you are working in a multidisciplinary team with engineering, purchasing and supply chain.

Your main tasks are:

  • You are an enthusiastic and persistent personality with good communication skills
  • You are fluent in English
