Job summary

Incubeta Group in the Netherlands seeks a Northern Europe Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing and communications across NL, DE, CH and DK. Translate global brand value into localized go‑to‑market strategies that boost awareness, nurture pipelines and generate high‑quality leads for regional sales teams.

Reporting to the MD, you’ll oversee content creation, events, regional PR and partner co‑marketing, while keeping ROI and KPIs at the forefront in a collaborative multi-country

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience across multi-country regional markets.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch/German a plus.
• Hands-on event management delivering ROI from B2B events.
• Strong design and presentation skills, Google Slides preferred.
• Proven ability to leverage Generative AI in content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional marketing strategy for Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark.
• Create localized content and campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage events, sponsorships, and partner activations to drive ROI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional sales leads.
• Experiment with emerging platforms and formats to measure performance.
