Nike Inc. EHQ in the Netherlands invites motivated students for a Merchandising Internship across Nike, Jordan, or Converse.

You will help shape consumer-right product assortments and support key merchandising decisions while collaborating with Sales, Digital Direct, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management. The internship is full-time, six months starting 1 February 2027, in a hybrid setup with three days on-site at Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST

• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution
• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home
• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Merchandising Intern, you'll help shape consumer-right product assortments and support key merchandising decisions across one of our three iconic brands: Nike, Jordan, or Converse. • Manage product information and support seasonal merchandising processes to ensure accurate and timely product data
• Use consumer, marketplace, and business insights to inform merchandising decisions and identify opportunities
• Analyze data and develop recommendations that support business performance and growth
• Support the creation of product assortments and presentations that bring the consumer and marketplace strategy to life
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Digital Direct, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management, to deliver consumer-right assortments
