Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking motivated students for a Digital Commerce Intern role at the EMEA Headquarters in Hilversum, Netherlands. You will shape the future of Nike's digital consumer experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Nike, Jordan, and Converse brands.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship.
• Available for a full-time, six-month internship starting 1 February 2027.
• Able to work in a hybrid model: 3 days at Nike EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and 2 days from home.
• Dutch university student (HBO or WO) OR EU/EEA citizen enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer, marketplace, and digital performance data to uncover insights.
• Support initiatives that enhance the consumer journey and drive digital business growth.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail to deliver digital commerce priorities.
• Contribute to digital projects and solutions that improve consumer experiences and business performance.

Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Retail Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly
• Passionate about digital commerce, consumer experiences, and the future of retail
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to connect business needs and technology solutions

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST

• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution
• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home
• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Digital Commerce Intern, you'll help shape the future of Nike's digital consumer experience and contribute to initiatives that drive growth across our digital marketplace. Internship opportunities are available across Digital Commerce teams, where you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless and impactful consumer experiences.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
