Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or above in Nursing
• English communication skills

• Strong patient care and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• D elivers nursing care utilizing standards of clinical nursing practice.
• Collects and assesses patient data through observations and interviews.
• Establishes nursing diagnoses and develops care plans with the team.
• Prescribes and implements nursing interventions per care plan.
• Documents assessments and nursing interventions in the EMR; uses MAR/BCMA.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers and patient/families to meet needs.
