Job summary

Postillion Hotels is seeking a dedicated night porter to ensure guest comfort and safety during night hours. You will update the administration, take and serve orders, and provide attentive service to guests in a nocturnal shift.

A BHV and social hygiene diploma is preferred or willingness to obtain one; weekend/holiday availability is required. MEWS experience is a plus, and onboarding and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• BHV and social hygiene diploma is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with MEWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises at night and ensure guest safety.
• Serve guests with nightcaps and attend to orders.
• Update administration and note guest peculiarities.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests during night hours.
• Demonstrate responsibility and reliability on night shifts.

If you are at your best when the sun is down, you are cut out to be a night porter. You are aware of the responsibility you have and handle it with care. You are precise and reliable and give guests the attention and service they deserve even at night. Serving guests another nightcap or a bitterball, you take and serve the order. You update the administration and take note of any particularities. With you, people feel comfortable and welcome. You give attention with impact.
