Job summary

Ahold Delhaize is seeking a Manager NFR Intelligence to strengthen the sourcing community with fact-based analysis and actionable insights across Europe. You will guide category teams and stakeholders, translate intelligence into actionable insights, and drive savings delivery.

You will develop dashboards, lead market and supplier analyses, and shape the PES strategy with a focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-border collaboration in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science/Analytics/Finance/Business Administration).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics or consultancy.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, supplier dynamics, and lead strategic insights for European categories.
• Manage Value Chain analyses and identify cost drivers across tiers 1–3+; map relevant value chains.
• Develop, maintain Should Cost models and benchmark costs vs. references.
• Manage knowledge resources and dashboards (Power BI) and coach stakeholders.
