Job summary

Yibi Precision is seeking an NPI Engineer to bridge product design, engineering validation and scalable manufacturing in Eindhoven. You will coordinate new product introduction from engineering review through production launch and support prototype, tooling and pilot-production stages.

Responsibilities include tracking dimensional, material and process validation, coordinating design, tooling, manufacturing and quality teams, and supporting engineering changes and production readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in NPI, industrialization or production engineering.
• Strong understanding of tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with prototype-to-production transitions.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects.
