Job summary

Nefab Packaging Netherlands is seeking a Compliance Officer to strengthen governance, audit readiness and customer trust across the Dutch organization. You will coordinate internal audits, support external audits and handle customer inquiries, driving improvement in compliance processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Business Administration, Quality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, audit coordination, quality assurance or similar, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute internal compliance audits across departments.
• Support external audits by customers, cert bodies and regulators.
• Prepare audit reports, document findings, monitor corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain audit schedule and ensure timely completion of follow-ups.
• Serve as primary contact for customer questions on compliance and audits.
