• Own the full application lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, support, and continuous improvement
• Lead application design and architecture, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Develop clean, maintainable, high-quality, and well-tested applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Perform code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across the team
• Mentor and support developers by providing technical leadership and guidance
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native and cloud-hosted solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Blazor
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases
• Provide end-to-end production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development, deployment, and operational processes
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the application and its stakeholders

Требования

• Extensive knowledge of C#, including advanced language features, design patterns, and software engineering best practices
• Extensive expertise with the .NET platform, including .NET and .NET Core, for enterprise-grade application development
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure solutions
• Strong hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Practical experience developing modern web applications using Blazor
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, performance optimization, querying, and maintenance
• Proven capability to provide technical leadership, guide architectural decisions, and mentor development teams
• Strong understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and development best practices
• Fluent Dutch and professional English
• Nice to have: experience owning and supporting applications throughout their complete production lifecycle, familiarity with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices, knowledge of DevOps culture and continuous improvement methodologies, experience coaching and mentoring engineering talent, understanding of cloud-native architecture and modern software delivery practices
