Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pizza Baker or Pizzaiolo, ideally Neapolitan.
• Knowledge of dough handling, fermentation and hand-stretching.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality.
• Good English communication skills. Dutch, Italian or German are advantages.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Team spirit and passion for Neapolitan pizza.

Responsibilities

• Dough Preparation: Prepare and handle pizza dough according to recipes and quality standards.
• Pizza Making: Hand-stretch, top and prepare pizzas using Neapolitan techniques and premium ingredients.
• Oven Management: Operate rotating gas-fired ovens with consistent baking quality.
• Quality Control: Maintain high preparation and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Organisation: Keep station clean, organised and stocked with food safety in mind.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
