Job summary

IDA Foundation seeks a Manager NCDconnect to develop and expand access to NCD medicines and devices, translating strategy into measurable outcomes. You will lead growth, market development, and operational excellence while building durable relationships with customers and suppliers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align resources, and drive sustainable solutions with a focus on LMIC health equity and impact for patients living with NCDs.

Qualifications

• University-level education required.
• 5–7 years of experience in New Business Development, route-to-market strategies, program management, team management, customer relationship management, supply chain management, and operations.
• Affinity with finance is a prerequisite.
• Experience in NCDs, preferably in LMICs.
• Fluency in English (French/Spanish a plus).
• Stakeholder, ecosystem and funding management at leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow access to NCDconnect medicines and medical devices.
• Translate strategy into tangible impact and sustainable growth.
• Lead execution of the NCDconnect strategy across growth, market development, and operations.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Identify opportunities across countries, customer segments, and product portfolios.
• Collaborate across supply chain and commercial teams to maximize impact.
