Job summary

Wlgroup seeks a seasoned requirements engineer for a long‑term engagement relocating to Norfolk, VA, under NATO-5 visa arrangements. You will collect, manage and trace capability requirements, and ensure policy guidance and security controls stay current.

You will engage stakeholders across political, operational and tactical levels, work with governance and assurance teams, and own the requirements management outputs in the programme's systems.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree or higher.
• At least three of the last ten years in requirements engineering, covering both management and elicitation.
• Capability development experience, ideally under a common-funded governance model.

Responsibilities

• Review and update requirements management and benefits realisation plans as the capability develops.
• Keep security policy, documentation and classification guidance current.
• Engage stakeholders at political, operational and tactical level to identify requirements.
