Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AI Data Associate (MLDA) to perform foundational labeling tasks across speech, text, image, and video data. You will handle confidential information, follow guidelines, and contribute to KPIs while using in-house tools.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, fluency in Dutch (CEFR C1+) and English, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language.
• Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+).
• Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
• Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality; protect customer privacy.
• Label data across text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Meet KPIs using in-house tools for high-quality labeling.
• Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities.
• Make sound judgments when information is ambiguous.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adaptability across tasks.
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks.
• Identify process issues and suggest improvements to SOPs.
