Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Media Specialist to help plan, execute and optimize media campaigns across TV, OOH, social and online video. You will work with brand teams and the media agency to shape channel mix, targeting and assets for Douwe Egberts, SENSEO, Pickwick and L’OR.

You will analyze campaign performance, translate insights into concrete optimizations, and contribute to broader media effectiveness initiatives across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or media.
• 1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, or social (agency or client side).
• Strong interest in both digital and traditional media and 360° campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Proactive, structured, and strong in stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across TV, OOH, social, and online video.
• Collaborate with brand teams and media agency on briefings, targeting, and asset selection.
• Coordinate campaigns and provide briefing, optimization, and reporting support.
• Develop cross-channel media strategies and analyze performance to drive improvements.
• Engage with international stakeholders and contribute to cluster/global initiatives.
