Job summary

Banenbingo in Rotterdam is seeking a strong Multi-Store Manager to expand our company culture, drive performance across our stores, and lead teams with clarity. You will manage two Wakuli locations in Rotterdam, two Team Leads supporting shift management and a team of 10–14 baristas.

You will spend 80% of time on shift, coaching and guiding your team to improve each week, while maintaining excellent customer experience and strong store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in hospitality, retail or operations.
• Track record of coaching, holding people accountable and growing performance.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Availability of 38 hours/week, including at least 1 day on the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leads with coaching, clarity and structure.
• Hire, onboard and develop new baristas and leads; build a strong team culture.
• Own the performance of the stores: revenue, waste, team, compliance and standards.
• Manage scheduling with leads; ensure the stores are open 365 days a year.
• Share best practices with the Store Management Team to support expansion.

We're looking for a strong, driven Multi-Store Manager to help us expand our company culture, create consistency and drive performance across our stores.

You manage the daily operation across two-three locations, lead teams with clarity, take initiative and are accountable for results. In short: we'd expect you to combine operational excellence with people-first management to ensure we can build strong, adaptable teams that support our brand & values.

What you'll do

You're responsible for two Wakuli locations in Rotterdam, two Team Leads supporting the shift management and a team of 10-14 baristas. Your role is hands on, with 80% of your time on shift whilst coaching, guiding and challenging your team to make each other and the store better each week.

• You guide your Team Leads with coaching, clarity and structure
• You attract new talent, and are in charge of hiring, onboarding and developing new baristas and leads

Customer experience and culture

• You ensure every customer gets the full Wakuli experience: great coffee, a welcoming vibe and a team that works well together
• You help bring consistency in service and energy across your stores
• You stay close to what happens on the floor and support when needed

Operations and results

• You own the performance of your stores: revenue, waste, team, compliance and standards
• You support scheduling (together with your lead) to ensure we are open 365 days of the year
• You monitor stock, safety, reporting and process, and take action where needed
• You surface risks and opportunities early, and keep things moving forward
• You share best practice with our growing Store Management Team to support our expansion

What we're looking for

This is a role for someone who's done the work of leading a (retail) team. You know what good leadership and great customer experience looks like, and you're ready to bring it into every store you touch.

You bring:

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in hospitality, retail or operations
• A track record of managing people: coaching, holding accountable, growing performance
• Strong operational instincts. You see problems before they expand
• A sharp sense of ownership, structure and service quality
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Availability of 38 hours/week, including at least 1 day on the weekend
