Job summary

Stafide is seeking an experienced Monitoring Engineer to design, configure, and implement monitoring solutions using AppDynamics and ThousandEyes Synthetic Monitoring. You will translate stakeholder needs into effective monitoring capabilities and ensure service availability and user experience.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams, prepare HLDs and LLDs, and apply ITIL practices to delivery. Strong communication and ability to present technical designs are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in monitoring engineering or observability.
• Strong understanding of AppDynamics monitoring capabilities.
• Experience with ThousandEyes Synthetic Monitoring.
• Ability to design, configure, and implement monitoring tools based on requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement monitoring solutions using AppDynamics and ThousandEyes.
• Analyse monitoring requirements and identify observability gaps.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) with recommendations.
• Configure and maintain application and synthetic monitoring to support service availability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to estimate effort and plan implementation.
• Work with technical teams to deliver monitoring aligned with service objectives.
• Follow ITIL processes and service management practices in monitoring projects.
• Participate in Agile team activities and support continuous improvement.
