MSF OCA Amsterdam is seeking a Mobile Staffing Specialist Coordinator to lead a team ensuring timely staffing of international positions. You will align staffing plans with operational needs, working with Operations, HR, and international stakeholders across the MSF movement.
You will drive workforce planning, monitor demand and supply, and contribute to strategic staffing decisions in a changing environment. A Dutch contract supports 12 months with renewal based on performance.

As Mobile Staffing Coordinator, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring the timely and continuous staffing of MSF OCA's international positions in humanitarian projects worldwide. You will play a key role in matching operational needs with available talents, ensuring that critical positions are filled and that staffing plans support both current operations and future demands. Working closely with Operations, HR colleagues, and international stakeholders across the MSF movement, you will drive workforce planning, strengthen staffing processes, and provide strategic guidance on international mobile staff. As the department is undergoing significant changes, you will help navigate transformation while maintaining high-quality day-to-day service and support.
