Exact is seeking a Mobile Team Lead to drive vision, delivery, and improvement of our mobile apps. You will guide a diverse team responsible for supporting a broad range of business processes, aligning tech direction with product goals, and delivering high-quality mobile solutions.

You will lead a cross-functional team with MAUI/Xamarin/C# expertise, focus on ownership, and foster collaboration across Product Owners and Architects. A hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Team Lead
• Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/.NET
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English

As a Mobile Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of Exact mobile apps. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our mobile solutions, which support a wide range of business processes such as accounting, construction, expense management, inventory management, HRM, field service, and point of sale. Our apps empower over 675,000 companies to grow their businesses. In this role, you combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership. You guide your team in building high-quality mobile solutions, set technical direction, and ensure alignment with product and business goals.

There is a strong focus on .NET MAUI development. Already familiar with MAUI? Great. Coming from Xamarin, .NET/C#, or native iOS/Android? Also, great—if you are motivated to lead the transition and further adoption of .NET MAUI.

• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Team Lead
• Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/.NET
• Beneficial if you have native iOS/Android background with the ability to lead cross-platform strategy
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong architectural thinking and decision-making skills.
• An analytical mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• A collaborative leadership style that motivates and empowers others
