Job summary

Voi is seeking a Fleet Specialist to maintain and repair scooters and e-bikes, ensuring safety and reliability for customers. You may also support the In-Field team across Amersfoort, using vans to keep operations efficient, with shifts 5 out of 7 and a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Join a dynamic mechanical team focused on safety, quality and rapid response. You will diagnose issues, perform battery replacements, and help with on-site repairs and logistics to keep our fleet ready for use.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license for the Netherlands.
• In-depth knowledge of your city and ability to navigate urban areas.
• Team player who can work independently and with a group.
• Ability to motivate others and share knowledge within the team.
• Pragmatic problem-solving mindset to meet targets and OKRs.
• Comfort working in a van in various weather and traffic.
• Physical capacity to carry heavy loads.
• DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair broken vehicles.
• Perform quality checks and identify damaged units.
• Replace batteries and carry out on-site repairs when needed.
• Recycle and dismantle vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assist with acceptance, packing and provisioning of new vehicles and batteries.
