Job summary

Cycle is looking for skilled Mechanics to support its e-bike fleets in Tilburg and surrounding areas. You'll perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on e-bikes while also interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have hands-on mechanics experience, be fluent in English, and possess a valid Class B driving license. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience required in mechanics, electronics, automotive, or related fields.
• Must have a valid Class B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the e-bike fleet regularly.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and apply solutions.
• Manage spare parts inventory in the service van.
• Perform mobile service and repairs at customer locations.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Skills

Hands-on experience in mechanics, electronics, automotive, or similar technical fields

Passion for (e-)bikes and technical problem-solving

Fluent in English

Valid Class B driving license
