Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Kotlin Mobile Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain native Android apps for a client in Amsterdam. This freelance (KVK/ZZP) role spans 6 months with a hands-on, end-to-end development focus.

You'll collaborate with product, design, QA, backend and engineering teams, applying modern Android practices, architectures, automated tests, and CI/CD to deliver scalable, reliable mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing native Android applications with Kotlin.
• Good knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack, and modern Android architecture.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
• Understanding of REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android practices.

Salt is currently hiring a Mobile Developer(kotlin) for a client of ours in Amsterdam. Role is freelance(kvk/zzp) for 6 months, paying 100 euros an hour.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Kotlin Mobile Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality native Android applications. You will work closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile solutions while taking ownership across the development lifecycle.
