Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Eindhoven invites motivated MSc students for a 9-12 month full-time internship/thesis in our Innovation team. You will develop Python-based ML algorithms for radars, autonomous driving, and robotics, collaborating with an international team of scientists and engineers.

Excellent communication skills, a strong ML background, and familiarity with Nvidia Sim and ROS are advantageous; hardware experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant MSc program.
• Strong Python and ML model development experience.
• Hardware experience is a plus; familiarity with Nvidia Sim and ROS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new algorithms (signal processing/ML) for object detection and navigation in autonomous driving and robotics.
• Collaborate with an international team of scientists and engineers.
• Support data collection for algorithm validation.
• Validate methods in simulation platforms or real hardware prototypes.
• Disseminate scientific results in top-tier publications.
