Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an Authorisation Management Specialist to strengthen Rabobank’s digital security by ensuring colleagues only access what they need. You’ll operate within Identity & Access Management, advising stakeholders and continuously improving access processes in a complex banking environment.

The role focuses on managing authorisations, roles, user transfers, and terminations, monitoring access maturity, and promoting role-based access control across Retail NL Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with IAM concepts such as authorisation, authentication, and access control in complex environments.
• Experience implementing role‑based access control, preferably using One Identity tooling, with 2+ years of practical experience.
• Knowledge of risk and security framework (e.g. R-IC, SAM).
• Experience with PowerBi, HALO ITSM, Azure DevOps, Cyberark or PBAC is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• Collaborative working style.

You safeguard access to systems for thousands of colleagues by managing authorisations, directly contributing to secure banking for over 4,000 Retail NL Tech users.

You & your role

Strengthen Rabobank’s digital security as an Authorisation Management Specialist by ensuring colleagues only have access to systems and data they truly need. In this role, you operate within Identity & Access Management and support Retail NL Tech by managing authorisations, advising stakeholders, and continuously improving access processes in a complex banking environment.

Examples from practice

• Redesigning authorisation roles together with DevOps squads to ensure secure and efficient access aligned with job responsibilities.
• Supporting large internal reorganisations by coordinating access changes so employees can continue working without disruption.
• Advising domain managers and system owners on complex Identity & Access Management questions and access risks.
