Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science or related area.
• 5+ years relevant work experience in Machine Learning / AI / ML Engineering.
• Experience researching or building multi-agent systems with coordination.
• Strong development experience in ML/AI environments (Python, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud services, big data pipelines and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design & Architect Multi-Agent Ecosystems for customer surfaces.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers in NLP, AI, and ML production.
• Advance orchestration research with new interaction patterns and tool-augmented reasoning.
• Address latency, cost, safety, and failure handling in multi-agent systems.
• Move marketplace metrics through autonomous user experiences and AB testing.
